Each row says what to add and where: iD opens the editor there (with the OSM way selected when there is one), JOSM loads the area into a running JOSM through remote control. Click a row to see it on the map, then press I for iD, J for JOSM or O for openstreetmap.org. left and right are relative to the direction of the OSM way. Coloured lines from z14 are the City's own layer; check current imagery before adding anything.
