Sidewalk gaps over time

How much City of Guelph sidewalk still has no OpenStreetMap line within 15 m — in kilometres untraced, and in segments that are missing, partial, far from an OSM line, on a road that says no sidewalk, or traced as an untagged footway — one point per weekly comparison, so a mapper can see the worklist shrink.

Figures follow the City's Sidewalks layer, so they move when the City adds or removes sidewalk, not only when someone maps one. A segment that is traced moves out of its status; one that is half traced can move from missing to partial first.
